Triestina 1918 acquired by LBK Capital LLC

Atlas Consulting S.R.L. announces that it has finalized the transfer of 100% of the shares of US Triestina Calcio 1918 (“Triestina” or the “Club”) in favor of LBK Triestina Holdings, a company controlled by LBK Capital LLC (“LBK Capital”).

As the new owner of Triestina, LBK will prioritize investing in all areas to advance the Club’s sporting and commercial interests, seeking to build on Triestina’s storied history, passionate supporters and active community involvement.

The sporting sector of the club will be led by Alex Menta as General Manager, who will oversee all aspects of player transfers and club development. Mr. Menta joins Triestina from Venezia FC, where he was instrumental in their first promotion to Serie A in 19 years while operating with the second lowest budget in Serie B.
