Braima Sambù joins Triestina

US Triestina Calcio announce the acquisition of midfielder Braima Embalò Sambù.

Braima, 23, arrives from FC Porto and has signed a three-year contract with Triestina.

Born in Guinea-Bissau, he developed in Portugal with Belenenses, where he later achieved promotion to the Primeira Liga with B-SAD, making 13 appearances in the 2021/22 season.

In the last two seasons, he played in the Portuguese second division, first with B-SAD, where he made 40 appearances, with two goals and two assists across league and cup competitions. He then moved to Porto, where he was part of the B team, making 25 appearances in the league and playoffs.
