Sofian Kiyine joins Triestina
US Triestina Calcio 1918 are pleased to announce the acquisition of Sofian Kiyine.
The Belgian-Moroccan midfielder joins on a two-year contract, with an option to extend for a further season.
Kiyine, 26, came through the ranks at Standard Liège and is a versatile central midfielder. He brings valuable experience from Italy’s Serie A and Serie B, where he played for Chievo, Salernitana, and Venezia.
In Serie A, he made 56 appearances, contributing 1 goal and 1 assist, while in Serie B, he scored 12 goals and added 7 assists in 70 matches.
Most recently, Kiyine played in the Belgian top flight with OH Leuven, making 29 appearances over the last two seasons, scoring 2 goals and delivering 3 assists.
