Luca Fiordilino joins Triestina
US Triestina Calcio 1918 are pleased to announce the acquisition of midfielder Luca Fiordilino.
Fiordilino, 28, joins from Venezia FC on a three-year contract.
A product of Palermo's youth academy, Fiordilino made his professional debut with Cosenza in Serie C during the 2015/16 season, amassing 34 appearances. He then played for Lecce in Serie C, where he contributed 30 appearances and one assist in the 2016/17 campaign.
Returning to Palermo for two seasons in Serie B, Fiordilino made 32 appearances, registering one assist and reaching a promotion playoff final. In 2019, he signed with Venezia, where he spent three and a half seasons, making 112 appearances, scoring four goals, and providing one assist. He contributed to Venezia's promotion to Serie A, where he featured in 15 matches during the 2021/22 campaign.
In 2022/23, Fiordilino split his Serie B season between Venezia (14 appearances) and a loan stint at Sudtirol (19 appearances and one assist). Last season, he continued in Serie B on loan at Feralpisalò, playing 34 matches.
