HOW DO I EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

You can decide to return any product purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be intact and with its label. Contact our customer service by sending an email to [email protected]. In the return request, you must provide the following information:

  • The order number to which the return refers;

  • The code of the product(s) you intend to return;

  • Purchaser’s details (name and last name, email).

You can find the order number in the confirmation email we sent you immediately after purchase. If you can’t find the email, check your SPAM folder or the Promotions tab in Gmail.

Carefully package the goods and send them within 14 days according to the instructions provided by our customer service to the address of our warehouse:

CUSTOMS COSTS: Customs costs are always the responsibility of the customer, both for shipping and for a possible return.

NOTE ON CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS: Customized products are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects (i.e., “legal warranty”).

NOTICE REGARDING PURCHASES MADE DURING THE TRANSFER WINDOW: The presence of a player on the team may vary during the summer and winter transfer windows. The consumer should note that the team roster is finalized only after the transfer window closes. Similarly, the official numbering of player jerseys is assigned by the deadline indicated by the relevant sports authorities. Any purchase of a personalized jersey made before these dates is at the consumer's risk, as the player may no longer be part of the team or may change their jersey number. However, for distance sales, the 14-day right of withdrawal remains in effect.

CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER I HAVE ALREADY CONFIRMED?

No, unfortunately, a completed order cannot be modified, meaning no products can be added, removed, or changed. If you urgently need to cancel an order, please contact customer service via email promptly: if the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

I PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

No, our policy does not allow for exchanges. However, you can return the item within 14 days and place a new order. Since the desired product may go out of stock, we recommend not waiting for our refund (which will arrive within 30 days of receiving your return, provided it is in perfect condition) before placing a new order.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

From the moment you receive the order, you have 14 days to contact our customer care (via email at [email protected]) to communicate your decision to return the goods and then return one or more products following the instructions provided. Once we have received your package and verified its eligibility for return, we will issue the refund within 30 days using the same payment method you used for the order: credit card or PayPal.

WHEN IS A RETURN NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?

The products you return must be resellable, so handle them with care if you are unsure about keeping them and send them back to us just as you would like to receive them. The merchandise must not show signs of wear; we can only accept items returned in their original condition. In particular:

  • Do not soil or damage the clothes while trying them on

  • Do not remove tags and labels

  • Do not destroy or damage boxes, bags, seals, and original packaging

  • Do not write on the original boxes or packaging

  • Do not wash clothes you intend to return! They must be in the condition you received them

  • Return all accessories originally included

Note: in the cases listed above, the return will not be eligible for a refund and the product will remain at your disposal. We can resend it to you at your expense. Products must be returned without delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date you communicated your intention to return the products. We reserve the right to refuse items returned late or that are not in the same condition as you received them.

Remember that customized products are made especially for you and cannot be returned.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?

The cost of return shipping following the exercise of the right of withdrawal is the responsibility of the customer. You can use slow and economical shipping, but for your peace of mind, we recommend choosing a service that at least provides tracking.

For returning a defective product, it is essential that you contact customer service BEFORE shipping the package, as a different process will be followed, which involves charging us for the return shipping costs, but only using our courier. If you send the package by other means, we will not be able to refund the return shipping costs.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT?

The responsibility for the return shipment is always with the customer: keep this in mind when choosing the shipping service for your return. A tracked package service will likely give you more peace of mind.

REFUNDS

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received your package and verified its eligibility for return, we will process the refund within 30 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase:

  • Purchase via credit card: the time needed to see the refund on your account depends on the institution that issued the card.

  • Purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card. We cannot issue refunds by other means (recharges to cards, postal orders, bank checks). Check the refund status by accessing your credit card account or PayPal account. We recommend waiting at least 40 days if you want to request a verification from our customer service.

WHY IS THE REFUND AMOUNT I RECEIVED IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I EXPECTED?

If your purchase included a discount on the entire cart (e.g., a €10 discount coupon), the discount is proportionally applied to the items in the cart, and the refund for a partial return will be equal to the amount applicable to the returned portion of the order.

WHAT IS INCLUDED OR EXCLUDED FROM THE REFUND?

In the case of returning products following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, US Triestina will refund the payments received from the consumer for the products returned in eligible condition. Any customs duties/taxes are always the responsibility of the Customer. The purchase price will only be fully refunded in the case of a return made by the customer due to defective or damaged goods, or in the case of lost/incorrect delivery of the package by the courier. No refunds are given for customized products requested by the customer (e.g., clothing and accessories with special customization), except in the case of defective products.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT – LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

Products purchased by the consumer are covered by a legal warranty of conformity, which means that US Triestina is responsible for any conformity defects that appear within 2 years from the delivery of the products. For more information, please refer to our general terms and conditions of sale.
